Building your confidence

We base all of the coaching and assistance around the specific role or industry that you are applying for. Coaching sessions will take you through a range of different exercises, such as interviews, role-plays, and presentations and then give you detailed feedback for each. We help you understand how to structure your answers and plan your strategy for assessments and interviews.

Get one-to-one advice from experienced Graduate recruiters

All of our coaches are experienced, professional recruiters. They have designed and managed assessment events within the graduate market. They know what companies are looking for and can help make sure you have the skills to perform at your very best.

In the one-on-one coaching, each exercise is completed in full, as though you are at an actual event. Using video of your exercise, your coach will take you through how an assessor would have scored you. They will then focus in on the areas you need to develop. As you go through the feedback your coach will provide alternative ways of approaching the exercise. We can help build your skills and confidence allowing you to make the most of each opportunity and get the job that you want.
