Assessment places are hard to come by, so its important to make the most of the opportunity.

At Assessment Coach we offer both full day and half day coaching sessions that take you through the range of exercises you will face at an assessment event. Sessions take place at a location convenient for you, usually at or near your University.

Before the session we talk to you to find out what types of roles you are applying for as well as discuss any specific issues you want to work on.

Each coaching session is built around your needs, using exercises that match the kinds of roles and programmes you are applying for.

During the session we take you through those exercises, in full, video them and give you structured feedback covering all aspects of your performance. We help you understand how you are coming across to the assessor and then work on skills and strategies to improve your performance.

A typical full day coaching session would include:

  • CV Interview with CV review
  • Competency based interview
  • Presentations on a prepared topic and a topic provided on the day
  • Role Play
  • Case Study
  • Approach to Written Exercises and Psychometrics
  • Assessment strategy

After the event you receive:

  • Copies of all of the feedback forms with detailed notes
  • Summary of areas to focus on for development
  • Areas of improvement seen across the day
  • Links to practice psychometric tests and mock-in-tray/written exercises
  • Two, 1 hour follow up sessions on Skype to prepare for specific events
  • 25% Discount on Group workshop
